Fiona M. Lindo, MD, MPH, FACOG, FACS, URPS, DipABLM

Fiona M. Lindo, MD, MPH, is a practicing urogynecologist and health coach based in Houston, Texas. Triple boarded in OBGYN, Urogynecology & Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery, and Lifestyle Medicine, she currently is the Medical Director of Urogynecology and, Director for the Centre of Restorative Pelvic Medicine at Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. She also serves as the Associate Fellowship Program Director and International Women’s Health Director of the Urogynecology & Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. She has worked and taught in over 15 countries including, Liberia, Malawi, Ghana, Haiti, Jamaica, India, Philippines, and Japan. Dr. Lindo was recently inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. She received the 2023 AMWA Inspire Award, which celebrates accomplished women in medicine who exemplify the highest values in vision, integrity, service, and collaboration in medicine and healthcare. Dr. Lindo has a passion for each one to have the best quality of life. She embraces a faith-based wholistic wellness approach incorporating mindfulness, mental wellbeing, movement, and whole food plant-based nutrition. With her specialized focus on women's pelvic health and wellness, she aims to understand the unique needs of individuals and provide compassionate care and coaching. She focuses on promoting Health and Wellness, encouraging individuals and groups to attain the blessings that God has intended for us all.
